After sharing a more formal meal in the classic dining room for eight, head to the living room to chat, play a spirited game of checkers, or cozy up for movie night. With its warm autumnal tones, oversized leather sofas, and cozy gas fireplace, it is the perfect spot for chilly harvest season evenings.
If a quiet escape is what you are after, the tranquility of the upstairs master bedroom is the perfect respite. With a king-sized bed, gas fireplace, and marble ensuite bath with soaking tub, enjoy your days and nights with rejuvenating self-care.
Also sharing the upstairs are two guest rooms. Each room is equipped with a queen-sized bed and lovely light from the white shuttered windows. These rooms share the hall bath with shower over tub.
From the living room, French doors lead to the landscaped yard, a private retreat perfect for entertaining family and friends. With lovely amenities like an inground hot tub, propane grill, fruit trees, and dining for six, your party can truly savor the cool breezes coming from the coast while sipping your favorite local wine.
Just beyond, the secluded yard is the additional 1BD/1BA studio apartment. Fantastic for your weekend guests! This newly renovated and generous space is equipped with a queen-sized bed, large built-in workspaces for two, a beautifully tiled full bath with romantic clawfoot tub, a private kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, Keurig, and toaster, and a dining spot for two.
Throughout the property you will find art and decorative touches that reflect our love of horses. This property is in a most convenient location for local equine events. We would be thrilled to host our fellow equine enthusiasts!
