With bright and airy spaces, the main house is a comfortable and inviting retreat.  The main house has three bedrooms and two newly remodeled baths.  It boasts smart, designer touches throughout and a panoramic view of the vineyard landscape. From the contemporary cement floors in a warm dove grey to the stone and tile surfaces in kitchen and baths, everything feels crisp and vibrant.

The spacious living room was designed to let the outdoors in and to maximize the prime valley setting. There are generous sliding doors and picture windows that offer stunning views of the vineyards and rolling foothills beyond. This gathering space is furnished with colorful, modern, and comfortable pieces along with a floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace.

A lovely remodeled and gourmet kitchen and dining room makes this an ideal place to enjoy the fruits of our wine country harvests and dynamic culinary scene.  What cook doesn’t enjoy a dynamic view as the backdrop for meal preparation!  The dining room seats 10, owns views of the garden, and adds a brick fireplace.

The Master bedroom boasts vineyard and pool views and is equipped with a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, private door to the back patio, and a newly remodeled en-suite bathroom with heated floors.

There are two additional bedrooms in the main house. One with vineyard views and queen bed and the other with two “extra-long” twin beds. Both share a beautifully re-done full bath.

For larger groups of eight to ten, there are two additional guest units offering additional and flexible sleeping arrangements. 

The first is an attached guest suite and den.  For entertainment, this suite offers a 46” Plasma TV, DVD/CD player, and cable package.  It is furnished with a king-sized sofa bed, a twin trundle, and two comfortable club chairs.  It also equipped with a remodeled en-suite full bathroom and dual vanity. 

The second guest unit is detached and just off the main house.  This bright and freshly remodeled space has two full-sized beds, a half bath, and an attached outdoor shower.

The outdoors of this three-acre property sells itself!  The Saline pool & spa, bocce ball court, Half-court basketball, and propane grill are surrounded by lush landscape and views.  Beautiful Manzanita and fruit trees, flowers, and a small garden also adorn the backyard. Designer outdoor lighting has been installed to boast spectacular views at night.
